Sad times we live in and it seems we are blind to how life would be if we could forget our problems and bitterness.

I really wish the *whole* world would forget its bitterness and past and just build on the present for the future of man kind.

We are just splitting ourselves down the middle with all this ’them’ and ’us’ bull excretion.

Personally im disappointed in the state we are today as man, the most intelligent specie on Earth (lol!).

@Loel R - I agree for a species so intelligent, we do some stupid things sometimes.

@Sanwali Sharma I totally agree, we need to view the world from other peoples perspectives, that’s why I think bloggers and other web 2.0 people will lead this change because we are forced to deal with many different cultures and people.

@Muhammed Things will change. But one thing I am worried about is the nature of its change. With web2.0 and blogging, cultures and societies will merge faster and faster and one day we will see a global community.

My worry is that how many ’Westerners’ will be happy to don a galabiya or embrace Arabic? Oh wait, they wont need to cos Arabic isnt the driving force of the net.

@Loel R I don’t think it’s necessarily about adopting the language and garb but more about the respect for each other’s differences that’s important.
